Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's basketball team will begin a two-game road trip on Thursday when the Pride faces Charleston.
Tip-off from TD Arena is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Hofstra improved to 16-9 overall and 7-5 in CAA play with a commanding 71-49 win over Towson on Saturday.
Biggie Patterson led the way with 20 points, while
Cruz Davis had 16 points, five rebounds, and five assists, and
Preston Edmead posted 13 points, five rebounds, and a career-high nine assists. The win was Hofstra's third straight.
Charleston has won five of its last six games to move to 16-9 and 9-3 in conference. The Cougars dropped a 76-64 home decision to UNCW on Monday evening in their most recent contest. Jlynn Counter had 20 points, while Christian Reeves added 13 points and 11 rebounds.
Thursday will be the 23rd all-time meeting between Hofstra and Charleston. The series has been very close with the Cougars leading, 12-10. The series began during the 2013-14 season. Charleston has won four straight games in the series but prior to that, Hofstra had won four out of five. These two squads had an entertaining contest in Hempstead back on January 29 with Charleston defeating Hofstra, 66-64.
