Canton, MA - The Hofstra women's golf team concluded play in the Red Bandanna Invitational hosted by Boston College Tuesday afternoon. The Pride finished the tournament in 13th place out of 15 teams with a three-round score of 1014 (+150) from the Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, Massachusetts. 

Boston College took first place as a team with a three-round score of 886 (+22), while Dartmouth who lead on the first day of play came one stroke behind to take second at 887 (+23). Dartmouth's Sophia Li took the individual title at 217 (+1).

Leading Hofstra through the final round of the Red Bandanna Invitational was sophomore Mari Rodriguez. Rodriguez tied for 53rd out of the 84-player field at 245 (+29). Regina Cantu Chavez finished tied for 57th at 247 (+31), while Kaylie Porter was 68th at 254 (+38). Natalie Moody shot a low round 85 (+13) Tuesday to finish in 75th at 268 (+52) and Sadie Anderson shot a low round 89 (+17) in the third round to tie for 77th at 272 (+56).

The Pride return to action on Monday, September 29 for the Sacred Heart University Women's Fall Classic from Great River Golf Club in Milford, Connecticut.
