Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's basketball team announced today an addition to its upcoming non-conference schedule as the Pride will take on Columbia on Wednesday, December 3. 

The game will be played at Francis S. Levien Gymnasium on the campus of Columbia. Tip time, broadcast information, and ticket information will be announced at a later date.

This will be the 14th all-time meeting between Hofstra and Columbia. The Pride leads the series, 11-2, but the teams have not met since November 29, 2016. The first-ever meeting was in 1937-38 with Hofstra winning 43-40. That was the second-ever season for the Hofstra men's basketball program.
