Allison Reid and
Jackalynn Orellana represented the Hofstra women's outdoor track & field team in the women's 1500m race at the West Point Twilight on Thursday evening in West Point, New York. Reid and Orellana raced in the second heat to take first and second place in that heat. Reid came in first place in the second heat and fourth overall with a personal best time of 4:49.75. Orellana finished at 4:54.08 to take second place in the second heat and finish in sixth place overall.
The Pride return to the track for the Coastal Athletic Association Outdoor Track and Field Championship on May 14-15 from the campus of North Carolina A&T.Â
