12/27/2025 2:39:00 PM

Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's basketball team will look to continue its strong play when the Pride opens CAA play on Monday with a home contest against Campbell.

Hofstra has won four consecutive games and seven of its last eight games.

Tip-off from the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex is scheduled for 7 p.m.

For ticket information visit HofstraTickets.com. The first 500 fans in attendance at the game will receive a free Hofstra Pride ceramic coaster. In addition, fans that purchased a ticket to the Quinnipiac game are reminded to bring their digital or physical copy of that ticket to the box office on December 29 to receive a free ticket to the Campbell game.

The game will air on MSG2 and FloCollege. WRHU will have an audio-only broadcast available on WRHU.org. Links to the broadcasts and the live statistics can be found here and on the men's basketball schedule page on GoHofstra.com.

Hofstra moved to 9-4 overall and 3-0 at home this season with a solid 74-66 victory over Quinnipiac on December 21. Cruz Davis led the way with 27 points (20 in the first half), while Preston Edmead added 18 points (all in the second half). German Plotnikov (12) and Biggie Patterson (11) were also in double figures.

Campbell is 6-7 this season and most recently earned a 102-79 victory over Green Bay on December 23. Jeremiah Johnson led Campbell with 27 points, while DJ Smith added 20 points.

This will be the fourth all-time meeting between Hofstra and Campbell. The Camels have won all three previous meetings, including a two-point overtime win over the Pride in Hempstead last season.
