Hofstra Falls to Rhode Island

Box Score Newport, RI - The Hofstra women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision on the road to Rhode Island on Sunday evening. With the loss the Pride dropped to 3-4 on the season, while Rhode Island extended their win streak to six and are now 7-2 overall.

Rhode Island dominated both singles and doubles play with Sabira Mohamed being the only member of the Pride to win their match. 

The Hofstra women's tennis team will be back in action on Saturday, March 9, to begin CAA play against Towson.
