Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra women's tennis team dropped a 4-3 decision against conference opponent Monmouth on Friday afternoon from the Hofstra Tennis Courts in Hempstead, New York. Monmouth moves to 3-12 overall and 1-3 in conference play with the win, while Hofstra falls to 2-14 on the season and 0-4 against CAA opponents. The Pride celebrated seniors

The Hawks secured the doubles point with wins at the No. 1 and No. 3 positions, but
Isabella Cardinal and
Sabira Mohamed got a 6-4 win over Monmouth at the No. 2 spot. Mohamed,
Aryanah Kahnamoui, and
Ava Veneziano collected singles victories at the No. 1, 3 and 6 singles positions, but Monmouth secured the 4-3 win over Hofstra.
