Savannah Weyrauch shot a first round 84 (+12) and second round 77 (+5) to tie for 23rd and lead Hofstra, after the first day of the Kingsmill Intercollegiate. The tournament is hosted by William & Mary at the Kingsmill River Course in Williamsburg, Virginia. After two rounds, the Pride shot their best round of the event in the second round of the day, a 327 (+39) and sits 9th out of 10 teams with a two-round score of 680 (+104).
Cynthia Zhao had a first round 87 (+15) and second round 81 (+9) to tie for 37th.
Tori Bien had rounds of 92-83 to tie for 47th with a 175 (+31) after two.
Sadie Anderson is tied for 49th in the 58-player field with a 176 (+32) with scores of 90-86, while
Natalie Moody is tied for 54th with a 191 (+47) following scores of 94-97 after two rounds.
The individual leader is Christy Chen, who after two rounds is five over par with a 149. The University of Pennsylvania leads after with a two-round score of 617 (+41).
Round three of the Kingsmill Intercollegiate will get underway Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. from the Kingsmill River Course in Williamsburg.
