Hempstead, NY - The Hofstra men's basketball team will begin a three-game homestand on Saturday when it hosts Northeastern. The game is Northwell Health Cohen Children's Appreciation Day.

Tip-off from the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex is scheduled for 2 p.m.

Hofstra is 15-11 and 8-5 in CAA play following Thursday's narrow 79-77 loss at Drexel. Tyler Thomas was magnificent with game-highs of 34 points, six rebounds, and six assists for the Pride. 

Northeastern is 10-16 overall and 5-8 in the league following a 77-73 loss at home to Charleston on Thursday. Luka Sakota led the Huskies with 23 points in the contest. 

Hofstra is 30-27 all-time against Northeastern. The Pride had won three straight against the Huskies prior to the 71-68 Northeastern win in Boston back on January 11.
