Hempstead, NY - The postseason schedule continues for the Hofstra women's cross country team as the Pride travels to the Hopkinton Fairgrounds in Hopkinton, New Hampshire, for the 2024 NCAA Division I Northeast Regional Championship.

The Pride most recently raced at the 2024 CAA Championship in Elon, North Carolina, placing tenth as a team. Saralyn Frederick led Hofstra with a personal best time of 23:27.90 to finish 74th. Also running for the Pride was Jackalynn Orellana who was 78th with a time of 23:28.30, Allison Reid was 90th with a time of 24:27.80, Tori Bien was 91st with a time of 24:34.10, Natalie Campisi was 97th with a time of 25:18.90, Isabella Gerena was 101st with a time of 25:35.30, Avery Brawner was 106th with a time of 26:02.70, Samantha Szabo was 112th with a time of 26:27.30, and Shavari Maharaj was 116th with a time of 27:15.40.

Head coach Vincent Giambanco shared the runners representing the Pride on Friday will be a race time decision. The top three teams in the race will qualify for the 2024 NCAA Championship, while the top two runners from teams that did not qualify are selected to compete.
