Rehoboth Beach, DE - Hofstra placed tenth out of a 14-team field and Savannah Weyrauch recorded a top 10 finish as play concluded at the Hornet Classic hosted by Delaware State at Kings Creek Country Club. 

The Pride shot a final round 321 (+37) and finished with a three round score of 963 (+111). Howard won the team title at 873 (+21) with Sacred Heart in second at 886 (+34). Lehigh was third at 902 (+50) and LIU and Bucknell tied for fourth at 924 (+72). 

Weyrauch, who was tied for seventh after the first two rounds, moved up to be tied for 6th after a final round 75 (+4) gave her a two-day 221 (+8). The top 10 finish was her second this season and 15th of her career. 

Cynthia Zhao shot an 78 (+7) Tuesday and to tie for 17th at 230 (+17). Tori Bien shot a 79 (+8) Tuesday and finished tied for 45th at 242 (+29). Kaylie Porter shot a final round 89 (+18) and tied for 65th at 270 (+57). Mai Takashi is 70th at 280 (+67). 

Sacred Heart's Margot Roquette earned the individual title at 213 (E). Chantal El Chaib, also of Sacred Heart, placed second at 215 (+2). 

The Pride will continue their fall schedule at the Navy Fall Invitational starting September 30th.
