Stony Brook is 8-15 and 4-6 in the conference following a 69-55 loss to Elon on Thursday. Toby Onyekonwu led the Seawolves with 14 points, while Frankie Policelli had 13 points and seven rebounds.Â
This will mark the 31st all-time meeting in the series between Hofstra and Stony Brook with the Pride holding a commanding 24-6 lead in the series. Hofstra has won five of the last six in the series, including a 72-67 win over Stony Brook in the team's last meeting in Hempstead back in 2020.Â
