Kovalenko and Mahrt Guyou Compete at ITA Super Regionals

Ostap Kovalenko and Jonathan Mahrt Guyou
Princeton, N.J. - Ostap Kovalenko and Jonathan Mahrt Guyou of Hofstra men's tennis had a successful weekend competing in the ITA Northeast Super Regional Championships hosted by Princeton University.

The duo fought a hard battle in their first match of the main draw and fell to a pair from Columbia University 6-3, 6-2. In the consolation bracket, Kovalenko and Mahrt defeated Miles Groom and Waleed Qadir from Dartmouth College 8-7, (7-5). 

The Pride return to the court on October 27 to play in the three-day Holy Cross Invitational in Worcester, MA.
