The Hofstra University women's basketball team is set to host Northeastern in the final home game of the 2019-20 season on Saturday, March 7. Tip-off at the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex is set for 2 p.m. Prior to Saturday's game, the Hofstra women's basketball program will honor four graduating seniors including
Petja Krupenko,
Sandra Karsten,
Ana Hernandez Gil and
Marianne Kalin.

INSIDE THE SERIES
Northeastern leads the all-time series against Hofstra, 24-22. The series dates back to the 1993-94 season when Northeastern won, 65-30. Hofstra has won two out of the last three games against the Huskies.
LAST TIME THEY MET
The last time the teams met was in the Colonial Athletic Association opener on Sunday, January 5. Hofstra dropped that contest to the Huskies, 74-51 at Matthews Arena.
Jaylen Hines led Hofstra with 15 points (6-of-9 FG) and eight rebounds. Four players reached double figures in scoring for the Huskies including Ayanna Dublin, Stella Clark, Alexis Hill and Shannon Todd.

SCOUTING THE HUSKIES (12-16, 8-9 CAA)
The Northeastern Huskies are coming off a pair of losses to UNCW and the College of Charleston last weekend. Alexis Hill leads the Huskies in scoring and rebounding with 13.0 and 6.3 points per game, while Stella Clark is the only other in double figures with 10.9 points per game. Clark also is second on the team with 4.8 rebounds per game while she has added a team-high 98 assists.
SCOUTING THE PRIDE (3-25, 0-17 CAA)
Hofstra is looking to close out the regular season on a strong note against the Huskies. Last weekend, the Pride dropped two contests to Charleston and UNCW, but redshirt sophomore
Jaylen Hines as a force on the floor and was named the CAA Honorable Mention Player of the Week for her efforts. Last weekend, Hines recorded two double doubles, averaging 23.0 points per game and 11.5 rebounds per game while shooting 17-of-26 from the floor (65 percent) and 12-of-15 from the free throw line (80 percent). She poured in a career-high 30 points against Charleston on Friday night.
Hines increased her team-best point and rebounding totals to 11.4 points per game and 8.6 rebounds per game. Kalin (8.8 ppg), Hernandez Gil (8.4 ppg) and freshman
Sorelle Ineza (8.3 ppg) follow Hines in scoring.
