Alex Ashton made three saves as the Hofstra Men's Soccer Team played to a scoreless draw against Seton Hall Thursday night at Owen T. Carroll Field.

Hofstra moved to 0-3-2 on the season with the tie, while Seton Hall is now 2-1-1.

Despite the lack of scoring, there was no shortage of shots. The Pride had 16 shots on the night with five on goal.
Matthew Vowinkel led the Pride with four shots with
Sean Nealis and
Storm Strongin right behind at three shots each.

Seton Hall had 14 shots in the game with CJ Tibbling picking up four and Carlton McKenzie tallying three. Pirates keeper Andreas Nota made five saves including one on the only shot by either team in the overtime periods.

Hofstra will seek its first win of 2018 Sunday when it hosts Harvard in its home opener.
