Rokas Gustys tallied 14 rebounds, seven points and five assists to lead the Hofstra Men's Basketball team to an 88-76 victory over McGill University on Saturday afternoon at the D. Love Competition Hall.
The win concludes Hofstra's trip to Canada with a perfect 4-0 mark with victories over the University of Quebec at Montreal, Bishop's University, Concordia University and McGill.
Hofstra entered the fourth quarter trailing 67-62 after McGill outscored the Pride, 21-10, in the third quarter. Hofstra would take over the game in the final quarter as they scored the first 14 points of the quarter to lead 76-67 with roughly 6:30 left in the contest.
Sophomore
Eli Pemberton had 17 points for the Pride as well.
Hofstra will open the 2017-18 season on November 10 when it hosts Army West Point at 7 p.m.
