Hempstead, N.Y. – The Hofstra Women's Soccer Team outshot Monmouth, 27-5, but the game ended in a scoreless draw on Sunday afternoon at Hofstra Soccer Stadium.
The Pride (3-3-2) forced Hawks goalkeeper Amanda Knaub to make eight saves on the day as Monmouth moved to 3-2-2 on the season.
Freshman

Noriana Radwan also had a shot that sailed just high of the net.
Senior

The Pride returns to action on Thursday, heading to local rival Stony Brook for a 7 p.m. game.
Notes:
-Borresen has not allowed a goal in her first two complete games.
-Senior
Kristin Desmond led Hofstra with eight shots.
-Corner kicks were even at four apiece.
