Hempstead, NY - Hofstra won all five contested singles matches and both doubles matches in a 7-0 win over La Salle Wednesday at the Hofstra Outdoor Tennis Center. The Pride also won a point by default.
Hofstra (7-5) received singles wins from
Beau Wills at first singles,
Ari Richman at second singles,
Niko Vulinovich at the third flight,
Ricky Hendler at no. 4 and
Leonardo Pires at the five spot.
Stuart MacLeod won his singles match by default.
Wills and Vulinovich teamed at first doubles for a win, while the new team of Richman and Hendler posted a shutout win at second doubles.
Hofstra returns to action Saturday at Noon versus UMBC.
