Philadelphia, PA - Seniors Adrien Bailly and Matthew Gemmell won their singles matches, but Drexel won the other four singles contests and took the doubles point as well in a 5-2 win Sunday at Vidas Courts.

The loss was Hofstra's third consecutive and sends the Pride to a 3-4 overall record, 1-2 in the CAA.

Bailly defeated Xabier Saavedra in three sets, 7-6 (4), 4-6, 6-4 at second singles, while Gemmell picked up a 6-1, 6-1 win at fourth singles over Alex Fioravante to pick up points for the Pride.

Bailly and junior Ari Richman defeated Saavedra and Fioravante, 8-1, at first doubles, but the Dragons won the next two flights to earn the point.

Hofstra travels to Sacred Heart on Wednesday.
