Philadelphia, PA - Elena Ivanova won her match at first singles, but that was the only victory of the day for the Pride in a 6-1 loss to Drexel Saturday. Drexel improves to 9-6 on the year, while Hofstra drops to 4-7, 1-2 in the CAA.

Ivanova dropped the first set of her match against Sonja Stosic, 4-6, before coming back to win the next two sets, 6-3 and 10-7.

Hofstra won just one other set in the match as Bianca Derrick took a set off Emma Brook at fourth singles, 7-5, before losing the next two.

Hofstra is back in action Sunday afternoon at Delaware.
