Amherst, MA -- The Hofstra Women's Tennis team fell to 7-4 this year as they dropped a 7-0 decision to Massachusetts on Sunday afternoon in Amherst, MA.

 

Hofstra picked up its lone win in the match at first doubles as the team of Stacey Kent and Lauren Clifton used an 8-6 decision over their Massachusetts counterparts to get the victory. 

Massachusetts would win the remaining two doubles matches, including the third doubles match by default, before winning all six singles matches to earn the 7-0 win.

 

Hofstra returns to action on Friday, March 27 when they host CAA-rival Delaware at 1 p.m.
