Hofstra freshman Nina Jioshvili-Ravva had arguably the best week of her young career in leading Hofstra to a pair of conference wins over Stony Brook to extend the current win streak to six consecutive matches - all in sweeps. It is the longest win streak without dropping a set since 2014.Â
Jioshvili-Ravva totaled 76 assists, 14 digs, nine kills, and six blocks in the two matches. On Friday, she was incredible with 35 assists, nine digs, six kills, and two blocks. The six kills marked a new career-high and she committed no attack errors on 11 attempts. She also helped Hofsta post a .304 attack percentage for the match.
She followed that up with 41 assists, five digs, four blocks, and three kills in Saturday's sweep. The block total tied her season-best. For the week, Jioshvili-Ravva averaged a robust 12.67 assists, 2.33 digs, 1.50 kills, and 1.00 blocks per set.
