Romel Duval Jr. joined the Hofstra athletic facilities staff as an athletic facilities coordinator in October 2025. Duval Jr. had previously worked in the department during his time as a student at Hofstra University.
A May 2024 graduate with a degree in business administration, Duval Jr. served on the game day event staff from 2021 until his graduation. He assisted with the set-up, production, and breakdown of Pride athletic events as well as non-athletic offerings held at Hofstra's athletic facilities.
A native of Jamaica, New York, his other work experience includes working as a program coordinator at Barnard College, Columbia University, and Oxford Royale Academy, as well asn academic advisor for Empire Education.
