Michael Luongo joins the Hofstra Department of Athletics as a Volunteer Assistant Coach Trainee beginning in September 2025.

Luongo, who graduated from Hofstra in May 2025 with his bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, previously interned with Hofstra strength & conditioning from February through May 2025 as an undergraduate intern, and he was also a graduate intern from May until August 2025 as he pursues his master's degree in strength & conditioning from Hofstra.
