Haley Singer

Haley Singer came to Hofstra in August 2026 following one year at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois. Singer will work primarily with the Pride women’s basketball team.

During her one year at Eastern Illinois, Singer was the athletic trainer for the Panthers women’s basketball and football teams, and provided additional coverage as needed.

Singer previously served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at St. John’s University between August 2023 and June 2025. She was the primary athletic trainer for softball and track & field for the Red Storm during her tenure.   

A May 2023 graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in athletic training, Singer worked as a student assistant athletic trainer with the Crimson Tide Athletic Department.   She had undergraduate clinical experience with both the Alabama football and men’s basketball teams, while also working a summer clinical experience with the University of Florida football program. 

Singer, a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, is a certified athletic trainer and is certified by the American Heart Association in basic life support. She earned her master’s degree in sports management from St. John’s in 2025.
