Colm Kennedy is in his 33rd year at Hofstra University and his 24th on the athletic facilities staff, where he serves as the associate director.
Kennedy is responsible for the operation of Captains Field (soccer) and Cindy Lewis Stadium (field hockey), as well as baseball’s University Field and softball's Bill Edwards Stadium. He is also in charge of maintaining the Physical Education Center and the luxury suites in the David S. Mack Sports and Exhibition Complex.
Kennedy, a native of Belfast, Northern Ireland, came to Hofstra in 1992 and spent eight years as a food and beverage manager for Lackmann Culinary Services, which was Hofstra's campus food service provider.
