2010-11: NCAA qualifier and CAA finalist at 141 pounds...Received an "at-large" bid to the NCAA Championships...Posted a 1-2 mark at Nationals...Ranked 16th in the final RPI and 26th in the final Coaches Panel rankings...Recorded a 21-15 record including an 11-7 mark in duals and a 5-1 record in the CAA...Posted three victories by pin, four major decision wins and one tech fall victory...Dropped an 8-6 decision to second-seed Anwar Goeres from Binghamton in the CAA title match...Tallied a 4-3 mark to place sixth at the Cliff Keen-Las Vegas Invitational...Posted a 3-2 record at the Southern Scuffle...Had a season-best four-match winning streak in January.

At ASU: 2009-10: Posted a 20-13 overall record and a 10-6 mark in duals in 2009-10...Tallied three wins by fall, one by tech fall and five by major decision... Placed sixth in the Pac-10 Championships...Was 5-1 in the Pac-10...Received the Biggest Heart and Hardest Worker awards at ASU...Named to Pac-10 Academic Team...2008-09: Posted a 10-13 record as a red-shirt freshman...Was 4-7 in duals and 2-4 in Pac-10 matches...Placed seventh in the Pac-10 Championships...Academic All-Pac 10 honorable mention...2007-08: Red-shirted as a true freshman...Placed eighth in the 2008 FILA Junior National Championships in Las Vegas at 66kg (145.5).

High School: Was a four-time New Mexico State champion at Rio Rancho (NM) High School...Posted a 56-0 record with 52 pins-both school records- as a senior...Named New Mexico High School Athlete of the Year in 2007...Selected as the 18th-ranked recruit in the nation in 2007 and ranked second among the All-Class National Rankings...2006 National High School champion...Placed third at the 2007 High School Senior Nationals earning All-America honors...Finished third in Fargo in 2006 to also earn All-America honors.

Personal: Born August 21, 1988...Has two sisters...Enjoys hunting, fishing and playing Xbox in his spare time...Aspires to be a lawyer...Sociology major.
