First year on the Hofstra Women's Tennis team...Ran for two seasons on the Hofstra Cross Country Team...Junior College: Came to Hofstra from Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York where she ran on the cross country and track and field teams...All-division selection...Placed first in the 5,000 meter run at the Nassau CC Annual Run in both 2008 and 2009...Team captain... High School: Played tennis, soccer and was a member of the cross country and track and field teams for all four years at Glen Cove (NY) High School...Two-time team captain...Named all-division in the 3,000-meter run and the 4x100 relay...Voted the Most Valuable Player during the 2006 indoor track season...All-Academic honorable mention...Personal: Born April 1, 1989...Enjoys, quilting, puzzles and weight-lifting in her free time...Was the youngest leader for the Glen Cove Beautification Commission...Aspires to a career in media relations...Creative writing major with a minor in journalism.
