Emmalee Mikulis joined the Hofstra strength and conditioning staff in September 2026 and will work primarily with the men’s and women’s track & field, men’s and women’s golf, and men’s and women’s tennis programs.
Her previous experience at Hofstra comes from her time as a strength and conditioning intern during the Spring 2026 semester. She assisted the strength and conditioning staff with daily operations, worked with Hofstra’s Division I student-athletes, and overseeing athlete fueling station responsibilities. She also currently works as a staff instructor for Universal Dance Association, where she teaches sport-specific technique and performance skills to athletes in grades K-12 across the country.
Mikulis graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Hofstra University in May 2026, and she is currently pursuing her master’s degree in the same field. She was a member of the Hofstra University Dance Team since 2023, where she was a part of 13 national championships, two world championships, and two Pan-American championships among NCAA Division I programs.
