2015: Ran in all five meets…Clocked a time of 21:29 to place 62^nd at the Manhattan Invitational…Recorded a season-best 8K time of 26:09 to place 36^th at the Brown Rothenburg Run…Posted a time of 26:10 to finish 26^th at the CAA Championship…Finished in 121^st place in 32:53 at the 10K NCAA Northeast Regional…CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award recipient.

2014: Ran in all seven meets…Clocked a time of 16:33 to place ninth in the St. John’s-Hofstra Fall Festival…Recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:57 to place 21^st at the CAA Championship…Clocked a time of 26:09 to finish 13^th at the 8K LIU Post Invitational…Also posted a time of 26:09 to finish 159^th at the 8K Princeton Invitational…Recorded a time of 33:03 to finish 156^th at the 10K NCAA Northeast Regional.

2013: Ran in all eight meets as a freshman…Posted a season-best 5K time of 16:35 to place 16th at the St. John’s-Hofstra Fall Festival…Clocked a season-best 8K time of 26:54 to finish 22nd in the CAA Championship…Posted a time of 28:00 to place 110th at the 8K IC4A Championship…Placed 47th in 28:05 at the 8K Metropolitan Championship…Posted a time of 34:30 to place 209th at the 10K NCAA Regional.
 
High School: Four-sport athlete at Twin Lakes Secondary School in Orillia, Ontario, Canada…Four-year member of the cross country and basketball teams, three-year member of the track team and one year member of the golf team…Two-time cross country Most Valuable Runner…Member of the 2011 GBSSA Cross Country championship team…Placed 35th in the 7K OFSSA Cross Country Championship in 23:36…Had personal bests of 16:20 for the 5K and 26:43 in the 8K…2012 GBSSA champion in the steeplechase…2012 Varsity Athlete of the Year at Twin Lakes…Two-time track and field Most Valuable Runner award winner at Twin Lakes…Played on three GBSSA basketball championship teams…2011 basketball Most Valuable Player in high school…Four-time Honor Roll student.
