Get Ready To Take Your Photo
- Wear your favorite Hofstra gear for the photo
- Lighting:
- Make sure the lighting in front of you is good
- Please do not stand in front of a window or lamp
- Avoid back lighting
- Have another person take the photo for you - no selfies
- Photos from smart phones will work just fine, and you can also take a photo with a digital camera
- For best results, stand 3-4 feet from the camera
- Take the photo from the waist up, at eye level
- Take the photo in a vertical (portrait) format.
- Be sure to send as large of a file as possible
- Ensure there is no personal info behind you
- Use a solid color as the background
- Please don't use the flash when taking the photo
Messages & Signs
- If you want to hold a sign or prop, keep it within your shoulders
- If you want to include a hashtag, it must be Hofstra-related
Submissions are subject to approval by Hofstra.

Fan cutouts are not refundable.
