Calling all Hofstra students with graphic design experience!
The Department of Athletics is looking for talented, creative students to design the t-shirt to be given away at our Welcome Back Students Men's and Women's Basketball games in February! The winning designer will receive a $100 gift card to the Hofstra Bookstore. Here are some rules on the design/contest:
- Only Hofstra Students (undergraduate and graduate) enrolled during the Fall 2017 semester can submit a design
- Must be for use on a royal, gold, white or gray t-shirt
- Design must consist of only 1-3 colors for print purposes
- Design may incorporate Hofstra Athletic logos/font
- Please use the Hofstra Visual Identity Usage Guide as a reference when creating your design
- All designs must be digitally created and submitted as a .jpg, .png, .pdf
- All design entries become the exclusive property of Hofstra Athletics
- Entrants recognize Hofstra's right to edit or modify the design
- By submitting a design for consideration, you confirm that the design you are submitting is your own original work and that no other persons or parties can claim ownership

All designs can be submitted to athleticevents@hofstra.edu. The deadline to submit your design is 11:59 p.m. on Friday, October 20, 2017. The winner will be chosen at the Midnight Madness event to be held on Thursday, November 2 at 8 p.m. in the Mack Sports Complex.
