#22 Charles Jenkins

Jenkins was a member of the Hofstra Men’s Basketball team from 2007 to 2011 and graduated as the all-time leading scorer in school history with 2,513 points, a point total which is second all-time in the CAA behind NBA legend David Robinson.

A two time Associated Press All-American and three-time Haggerty Award recipient, Jenkins was Just the 63rd player in NCAA history to score more than 2,500 career points. He was also only the third player in the 76-year history of the Haggerty to win the award three times.

Jenkins, a three-time CAA first team selection as the CAA Player of the Year as a junior and senior, became the first active player in school history to have his jersey retired when he had the honor during his final home game of the 2010-11 season.

The CAA Rookie of the Year as a freshman, Jenkins averaged 19.6 points per game over his four years including a 22.6 points per game average during his senior season.

Jenkins was drafted by the Golden State Warriors in 2011 and now plays professionally overseas.
