Third season on the Hofstra Cross Country team in 2016.

2015: Ran in all five meets…Placed 42^nd in 20:32 in the 6K Manhattan Invitational…Recorded season-best 8K times in three consecutive meets…Clocked a time of 26:31 to placed 31^st at the CAA Championship…Posted a time of 26:36 to place 49^th at the Brown Rothenburg Run…Recorded a time of 33:49 to place 183^rd at the 10K NCAA Northeast Regionals.

2014: Was not a member of the team.

2013: Ran in all eight meets as a freshman…Posted a season-best 5K time of 15:50 to finish in fifth place at the St. John’s-Hofstra Fall Festival…Finished second in 16:33 at the 5K Fairfield Invitational…Recorded a season-best 8K time of 27:17 to place 15^th at the Towson Invitational…Placed 30^th in 28:10 at the CAA Championship…Finished 54^th in 28:17 at the Metropolitan Championships…Clocked a time of 34:42 to finish 214^th at the 10K NCAA Northeast Regionals.
 
High School: Was a four-year member of the cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Colts Neck (NJ) High School…Named to All-New Jersey team twice…Two-time All-Central Jersey selection in cross country and track…Three-time All-Freehold District  and All-Monmouth County selection in cross country…Recorded a personal best of 4:17 to place seventh in the 1600-meter run, and 9:19 to place seventh in the 3200-meter run in the 2013 Holmdel Twilight Series… Posted a personal-best of 15:27 and placed 12th in the 5K at the 2012 Shore Conference Championships…2013 qualifier for the high school nationals in the 3,000-meter steeplechase…Placed sixth in the two-mile run in 9:34 and seventh in the mile in 4:20 at the 2013 New Jersey Group 3 Outdoor Track & Field State Championship…Named all-state freshman first team by New Jersey Track Magazine.

Personal: Has one brother and one sister…His sister, Sarah Jane, played college lacrosse at Mount St. Mary’s from 2010 through 2013…Enjoys going to the beach in his free time…Aspires to a career as a chemical engineer.
