Port Washington, NY - The Hofstra women's tennis team fell 6-1 to the Stony Brook Seawolves early Sunday morning from SPORTIME Port Washington in Port Washington, New York. The Seawolves advance to 7-11 on the season and 4-4 in conference play, while the Pride falls to 2-15 overall and 0-5 against Coastal Athletic Association opponents.
Aida Oviedo bested Stony Brook's Mia Palladino 4-6, 6-4, 10-8 in a three-set thriller at No. 2 singles.
