West Point, NY - The Hofstra men's outdoor track & field team had a strong showing at the West Point Twilight on Thursday evening as
William Thu,
John Ortiz, and
Alex Walsh all recorded personal best times in the men's 1500m race in West Point, New York. All three competed for the Pride in the second heat with Thu coming in second place at 4:00.18 (12th overall), Ortiz in third at 4:01.30 (13th overall), and Walsh in 10th at 4:10.71 (21st overall).
The Pride return to the track for the Coastal Athletic Association Outdoor Track & Field Championship on May 14-15 from North Carolina A&T's campus.Â
