MTEN: Hofstra Tripped Up At Brown

Box Score Providence, RI - Hofstra won the fifth and sixth singles flights but Brown won four singles points and the doubles point in a 5-2 victory Sunday evening.

Hofstra fell to 3-5 with the loss while Brown moved to 9-6 with the win.

Vincent Turina picked up a 6-4, 6-3 win for Hofstra at No. 5 singles over Sam Feldman and Josh Reynolds continued his strong play with a 6-4, 5-7, 10-4 win over Robert Siniakowicz at No. 6. Reynolds has won four consecutive matches.

Hofstra returns to action Wednesday morning at 8 a.m. against St. John's. The match will take place at the USTA National Tennis Center.
