Zoe Taylor won the #1 singles flight and Christie Gattelaro was the champion at #2 singles, as the pair led the way at the Hofstra Invitational this weekend.

Lauren Clifton finished as the runner-up at third singles, while Taylor and Kent combined for a second place finish at second doubles and Clifton and Valerie McDonald matched them at third doubles.

Taylor defeated Ivana Tomaic of Amherst, 6-3, 6-2 to win her flight and Gattelaro had a dominating 6-1, 6-0 decision over Camila Noldin of Radford in her flight. 

In doubles, Taylor and Kent fell 8-4 to Natasha Brown and Jill Wexler of Amherst to fall in their bid for a championship, while Clifton and McDonald dropped an 8-1 decision to Jennifer Murphy and Laura Stein of Amherst.
