Von Essen averaged 15 points on 52.4% from the floor and 57.1% from beyond the arc and 2.5 rebounds in 30.3 minutes across two games as the Pride went 1-1 in a two-game homestand. In Hofstra's 55-47 win over Campbell on Friday, Von Essen moved into fifth-place for the most threes in school history as she connected on four and finished with a team-leading 16 points on 6-12 shooting and 4-8 from downtown while dishing out three assists and collecting two steals. Against North Carolina A&T, Von Essen again led the team with 14 points on 5-9 shooting and 4-6 from three-point range with two rebounds. Her four threes against Campbell moved her to fifth for the most three-pointers in program history.
