Merlijn made eight saves and earned two wins for Hofstra this past week. Made five saves and picked up their third shutout of the season in a 2-0 win over Towson on October 15. Played the entire second half, both overtimes, and the shootout period against Fairfield on October 17 and made three saves in a 2-1 shootout win.
