Giordano, the reigning Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Week, was an offensive force at the plate as she batted 4-for-5 (.800) during Hofstra’s 1-1 opening weekend against Villanova. Additionally, she blasted two home runs, drove in six RBI, and added three runs, two walks, and one stolen base while posting a slugging percentage of 2.200 and on base percentage of .857.
