2013: Ran in all eight meets as a junior…Recorded a career-best 5K-time of 20:28 and placed 26th at the Towson Invitational…Placed 62nd in 20:45 at the 5K Metropolitan Championships…Tallied a career-best 6K time of 24:35 for 71st place at the Penn State National…Placed 226th in 24:51 at the NCAA Northeast Regional…Finished 59th in 25:37 at the CAA Championship…Posted a career-best 4K time of 16:35 to place 26th at the St. John’s-Hofstra Fall Festival.

2012: Competed in seven meets as a sophomore...Placed 20th in 17:00 at the 4K St. John's Fall Festival...Posted a 5K-best time of 20:32 to place ninth at the NJIT Dual Classic...Finished 137th in 21:32 in the 5K ECAC Championship...Recorded 6K-best times of 26:11 at the CAA Championship (77th) and the NCAA Northeast Regional (249th).

2011: Ran in six meets as a freshman...Recorded a season-best 6K time of 25:25 to place 217th at the NCAA Northeast Regional...Placed 82nd in 25:40 at the 6K CAA Championships...Posted identical times of 25:59 to place 154th at the Iona Meet of Champions and 232nd at the Penn State Nationals...Recorded a season-best 5K time of 20:57 to place 82nd at the Metropolitan Championships.

High School: Was a four-year member of the cross country, indoor track and tennis teams at Curtis High School in Staten Island, New York...Member of two New York City High School Cross Country championship teams as a freshman and sophomore and two city second-place finishes as a junior and senior...Named to All-New York City second team as a senior...Curtis High School Most Valuable Runner as a senior...Three-time member of the Curtis' Staten Island Championship teams...Posted a 12-0 record during the 2008-09 season.

Personal: Born March 15, 1993...Has one brother and one sister...Enjoys running, tennis, playing clarinet and saxophone...Was a member of the symphonic, jazz and marching bands at Curtis...Volunteered at the 2008 and 2010 New York City Marathon races...Aspires to become an athletic trainer...Exercise Science major.
