Stephanie Mauer was named the assistant coach for the Hofstra Cross Country and Track & Field program in August 2023.
Mauer was a member of the Rutgers University cross country and track & field program from 2016-21, primarily running in the distance events during the track & field season. She secured a first-place finish in the indoor 3000m at the 2021 PSU Tri-Meet, and she ran to a runner-up finish in the outdoor 10,000m at the 2019 USF Bulls Invitational.
Mauer, who also interned in the Rutgers Sports Health Team in 2020, graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in August 2020, and she received her master’s degree in religious studies from Rutgers in January 2023.
